In addition to leading Spotted Owl Realty, Leslie also founded and operates a successful residential appraisal business (appraisalsntx.com) for more than 13 years. This background gives her a distinct advantage when it comes to pricing homes, evaluating offers, and guiding negotiations with confidence and precision.
